What is an Open Box?

An Open Box is essentially a box held at our premises that is full of your ordered crystals. You can add to your box at anytime, usually through multiple orders. It works well as you will only pay for shipping once, or if your box total is over £50 - shipping becomes free! 

You can choose from two options,

Option 1 - Pay as you Go

To start an Open Box with me, use code OPENBOX at Checkout - this will remove your shipping costs and let me know to hold your crystals for you. This way you will be paying for your items as you go. You can use the code OPENBOX many times on as many orders as you like, to build up your box. When you are ready to close your box and get your orders delivered - either complete check out as normal and choose your preferred shipping method -  However, if your box total is over £50 please use the code again but leave me an order note to say you are closing your box. I will the ship your box out to you.

Option 2 - £10 deposit & pay within 2 months

This Option gives you longer to pay for your Open Box should you need it. If you are ordering from the website, You will need to message me to organise this. Drop me a message on my socials or email on here. Please let me know which items on the website you want to buy so I can mark them out of stock, then pay as little as £10 deposit to secure your order, this will be held for 2 months, during that time you can make as many payments as you want off the total of your box, you can also add to your box whenever you like. However, there are no swaps or put backs permitted. 

If you are claiming from a live sale and wish to take up this option you would pay your deposit of £10 minimum on this listing, or however much you want to pay, use the code OPENBOX and Check Out as normal. I have a running spreadsheet of all your claimed items and can send you a copy with a running total and what you have paid so far etc - just ask anytime if you want to see it. This is totally confidential, no one else can see the details/total of your Open Box. 

Your total must be paid within 2 months, or you can pay a chunk off and receive some items if you wish, and we can leave the rest open. This process requires a lot of trust for both myself and you, so please be honest & claim responsibly. There is a one strike and you’re out policy, if you abandon an Open Box at any time you will not be permitted to use this service again. You can still use Option 1 or order normally without an Open Box option.

Payments

To pay your £10 deposit or to pay the total or partial amount of your OPENBOX - please use this listing. Change the quantity to the amount you want to pay.

EXAMPLE,

To pay £10, change the quantity to 10

To pay £45, change the quantity to 45 etc etc 

Shipping is free if your box is over £50, so please use code OPENBOX & just leave me an order note to let me know you want to close your box.

If you want to close your box and your total is under £50, you don’t need to use any codes, just Check Out as normal.
