Once we receive your order, we will work as fast as we can at processing it and we aim to process it by the next working day.
Once processed:
All items (except those that come with free delivery as standard) are dispatched using Royal Mail Tracked 48, Royal Mail aim to deliver within 2 business days.
If you have selected Royal Mail Tracked 24 Shipping - Royal Mail aim to deliver these the next business day,
Items that qualify for free shipping are dispatched using Royal Mail 2nd Class. Royal Mail aim to deliver these items within 2-3 business days.
Returns & Refunds

Please, if you have a problem with your order regarding damages, notify Emerald Empress within 3 business days of receiving your order as we will try our best to figure the situation out and determine a resolution.
Once the grace period has been passed, please contact us if you are not 100% satisfied with your order and we will try our best to resolve the situation.
If an items return is approved, any approved returns will not include the original shipping costs. Buyer is responsible to pay shipping costs for any approved returns.
